1 Definitions and Applicability
In this document, "platform" or "site" refers to the hb baji website and its associated mobile applications. "User" or "member" refers to any person who is registered on this platform and actively using its services. "We" or "authority" refers to the organisation operating hb baji.
These terms are written for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. They take effect from the moment you access the site. If any user disagrees with any part of these terms, they should stop using the site.
These terms and conditions constitute a valid agreement between the user and hb baji. If any clause seems unclear, reading it alongside the relevant section of hb baji's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) should clarify the matter.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on hb baji, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing an accurate date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory.
- The user must be a real person and must register the account in their own name.
- Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
- Accounts may not be operated from areas where online gambling or betting is prohibited.
2.1 Identity Verification
hb baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification purposes. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.2 Updating Registration Details
If any details change after registration — such as a mobile number or email address — the user must contact the hb baji support centre immediately to have the information updated. The authority is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
3 Account Security
Keeping account login details — username and password — completely confidential is the user's own responsibility. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact hb baji's 24/7 live chat support immediately.
hb baji recommends using a strong password — choose a password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. After logging in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on hb baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions through any method other than these are not available.
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. To withdraw successfully, identity verification must be complete on the account and the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
The user is responsible for providing the correct account number or mobile number. Funds sent to an incorrect number may not be recoverable. hb baji is not liable for delays caused by technical issues with third-party payment systems.
If any suspicious financial activity is detected, the hb baji authority may temporarily suspend the withdrawal process for the duration of an investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
hb baji offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳10,000 in bets must be placed to meet the wagering requirement.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed at the same time, unless the authority specifically permits it.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- hb baji reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms, particularly if misuse is suspected.
5.2 Other Promotions
Various promotions are available weekly, on weekends and on special occasions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. All promotions are for personal entertainment only — any attempt at bonus arbitrage or systematic misuse will result in account closure.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and sports betting on hb baji are governed by the following general rules:
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
A bet is only considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be automatically cancelled and the stake will be refunded. If a sport or match is not fully completed, the hb baji authority will decide the outcome of that bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
The odds set for each match apply in sports betting. If the odds change after a bet is placed, the settlement will be based on the odds at the time the bet was placed. Detailed betting rules for cricket, football and other sports can be found on the sport-specific pages.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
Each game has its own RTP and payout structure. Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round will be considered void.
6.4 Multi Bets
Multi bets can be placed with multiple selections. In a multi bet, all selections must win — otherwise the entire stake is lost. The combined odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb baji platform:
- Opening multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
- Bonus arbitrage — that is, deliberately exploiting bonus terms to make risk-free profits.
- Match or game fixing, or gaining an unfair advantage through inter-account trading.
- Using hacking, bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds obtained through unlawful means.
- Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Threatening, harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour towards hb baji staff.
8 Age Verification and Responsible Gaming
hb baji strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is found, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
We believe gambling or betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Following hb baji's responsible gaming guidelines is important for every member. These guidelines cover setting deposit limits, self-exclusion and account restrictions in detail.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can request a temporary or long-term account break via live chat. Promotional communications will be paused during self-exclusion.
8.2 Setting Limits
Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is in place, increasing it will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability
hb baji accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
- Delayed transactions due to technical issues with third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
- If a password or account details are stolen due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
- If services must be restricted or discontinued as a result of changes to government regulations.
- If the platform is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical error.
In the event of any loss, hb baji's maximum liability will be limited to the funds held in the user's account at that time.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
hb baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- If fraud or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- On the order of a court or relevant authority.
11.1 Voluntary Closure
If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may submit a request via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless an investigation is ongoing.
12 Changes to Terms
hb baji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the site.
Continuing to use the site after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to revisit this page regularly.
